The Innovation Collaborative is a 501c(3) organization located in Erie, PA. Our mission is to develop NWPA's emerging entrepreneurial system. We're closely aligned to Jumpstart's Roadmap that calls for a fundamental change in the way our culture approaches an entrepreneurial ecosystem.
